2. Services

Tees Valley KBB provides made-to-measure kitchen and wardrobe doors, worktops, and associated services. All items are custom-made based on the specifications provided during our consultation process. As a result, we cannot offer refunds for made-to-measure products, except in cases of faulty goods as per statutory rights under UK consumer law.

3. Payment
​
- We do not sell products or take payments through this website. All transactions are conducted in person at the customer’s home during or after our service consultation.
- Payment is required in full upon agreement of the final design and before any manufacturing begins.
- We accept payments via bank transfer, debit/credit card, or cash during the in-person consultation.
- Any deposits paid in person are non-refundable.

4. Cancellation Policy

Due to the made-to-measure nature of our products, once an order has been confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded. In the unlikely event that you need to make amendments to your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Changes may only be accepted if manufacturing has not yet commenced.

5. Product Accuracy

We strive to ensure that all descriptions, images, and specifications provided on our website are accurate. However, slight variations may occur due to the customisation of our products and the uniqueness of materials. Customers are encouraged to review the specifications carefully during the in-person consultation.

6. Installation and Warranty

All installations are performed by experienced professionals. We provide a warranty on the materials and workmanship of our products for a period of 12 months. This warranty does not cover wear and tear, accidental damage, or misuse. Should any issues arise, please contact us immediately.
